A simple website

I do not add visitor analytics, advertising trackers, contact forms or social media embeds. The font and photograph are served with the website. Social links take you to separate websites with their own privacy practices.

Hosting and security

The website is hosted through OpenAI Sites with Cloudflare infrastructure. Delivering and protecting the website involves technical request information, such as your IP address, browser information and request time. The purpose is to operate the site and prevent abuse, based on the legitimate interest in maintaining a secure, available website.

The hosting infrastructure may use strictly necessary security cookies. On the Sites address, the Cloudflare __cf_bm cookie was observed; it helps identify automated traffic and expires after 30 minutes of inactivity. These security cookies are not used by me for advertising or audience measurement. See Cloudflare’s cookie documentation for provider-managed cookies and their durations.

Infrastructure data is managed by the hosting providers under their retention and security policies. It may be processed outside the European Economic Area, subject to the providers’ applicable transfer safeguards. Details are available in the OpenAI Privacy Policy and Cloudflare Privacy Policy.

Contact and your rights

If you email me, I use your message and contact details to respond and retain the correspondence only as needed for that purpose or applicable legal obligations. Depending on the circumstances, you may request access, correction, deletion or restriction of your personal data, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may also complain to the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection or your local supervisory authority.
